You should have received your suitability report, showing you what we think you should do with your pension.

To complete your pension transfer, fill in the forms we sent you and return them to us in the envelope provided. We’ll then take care of everything for you.

Protecting your pension

Transferring your savings with Pension Access means:
  • Your savings are protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, which means you can get up to 100% of your money back if the provider responsible for your pension fails.
  • You have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
