Your pension. Your choice.
From 55, as long as you have an eligible scheme, you have a number of options when it comes to your pension. This includes taking money early from your pot, which lots of people are doing: since 2018 over 1.9 million pensions have been accessed for the first time1.
Taking pension money early is not right for everyone as it will leave you worse off in retirement. This is why it makes sense to speak with a regulated financial adviser, such as Pension Access, before you make any decisions.

We analyse
Our team gathers and analyses all the information we need about you and your pension.
Your decision
We’ll send you a report, clearly stating what we think you should do. The choice is then yours.
If you decide to make a change to your pension, including taking money early from your pot, we can take care of everything. This includes managing your pension for you. We would let you know in writing what the fee would be. Or, you can choose to walk away with nothing to pay.
What does full advice with no obligation mean?
We will analyse your pension and your circumstances, getting to know you better with a quick telephone appointment before sending you our financial advice as part of your recommendation report. You get to find out exactly what we think you should do with your pension, and why, without having to pay a penny. This is full advice with no obligation. Your report would also state how much it would cost if you like our advice and ask us to act on it. You then have a choice. Instruct us to go ahead, in which case we’ll take care of everything for you. Or, walk away with nothing to pay.
If you don’t qualify for full advice with no obligation, we will let you know how much it would cost to complete your pension check. So, you could still choose to walk away without having to pay us a penny.
