Product Description For the Nova collection, designer jutta keil created special cutlery for delectable moments. From the brunch knife to the cake server to the salad servers – a range of cutlery to suit all occasions and tastes: egg spoons for soft boiled eggs, a lasagne server for hearty pasta bakes, espresso and late macchiato spoons for Italian coffee Specialities. For the tongs in the collection, designer andre stocker created universal and pasta tongs as well as asparagus and perforated serving tongs. The latter can be used for example for picking up Mozzarella and tomatoes – leaving the marinade on the plate. The special cutlery and dimensionally stable tongs are made from polished cromargan and thanks to their sleek, timeless design, go well with all tableware. WMF items of cutlery are available separately or as a set and can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Those who tend to avoid grapefruit due to its squirty nature simply haven't found the right cutlery to suit: the grapefruit spoon features a sharply tapered bowl that gently cuts into the juicy pulp of the sliced citrus fruit. The small serration on the rim of the spoon easily cut the pulp into bite-sized pieces – leaving you to enjoy the tantalisingly fresh and flavoursome taste sensation. Offers the 19-centimetre-long grapefruit spoon made from cromargan as a 2-piece set in the Nova series as well as a grapefruit set consisting of a knife (17.5 cm) and spoon (16 cm), also made from polished stainless steel.
