This pan is manufactured from aluminized steel a mix of steel for strength and durability and aluminum for superior heat conductivity. Loaf pan is coated with our patented clear, silicone nonstick coating that is specially formulated for superior baking, easy release and even easier clean up. The unique corrugated surface provides air circulation all around, for better browning, more even baking, and perfect release.
