We can confirm that these details have now been removed from our marketing lists and have been added to a suppression file to ensure that you will not receive any further marketing correspondence from Pension Access.
The only data we now hold is name and address, and this is only held on what is known as a suppression file, which is held specifically to keep the details of people who have told us they do not wish to be marketed to in the future. This prevents us from inadvertently obtaining these details again from a 3rd party company in the future.
We just need to mention that there is an outside chance that mailings are already being processed by Royal Mail. This is unlikely, but please accept our apologies if this does end up being the case. If this does happen then please disregard it.
